Summary
Harry Potter has never been normal. Even before he was born, he was a child of prophecy. So no part of his life could be called normal in the slightest. When given the chance to have a 'normal' life, does he even know what that means? No, he's gone through too much to even try, and he's too tired to care. It's too bad everyone expects him to be the upstanding son and heir of the Potter family when he's never had family before in his life though.
Also, the baby is a little difficult to explain. The baby who may eventually turn into Lord Voldemort...no, nature vs. nurture and all, and Harry plans to nurture the hell out of this kid.

Would love an expanded version of this.
I was just thinking how I’ve seen a few Harry/Rigel travels to canon HP world a few times but I’d never seen the reverse.
He could experience a caring family, but with much increased discrimination, politician Riddle, and a newly emerging construct Voldy. Some huge benefits and a lot of drawbacks.
At this age, if he couldn’t go back to the canon world, he might be able to go to AIM or something and honestly have a better life between a safer school and a caring (though also chaotic) family. He might like hanging out in the alley potentially during the summers. Would be fun to see if RBC Harry could convert him into at least liking potions lol. Would he learn some healing? Dueling? Get his own hobbies (in addition to quidditch)? Would people eventually think he’s Rigel? He’s a parselmouth and the same age and maybe has the core diving ability if RBC Harry has it. Would be fun to explore that.
Or how adjusting going back to his old world would be, especially if he spent a while in the RBC world. Would he have aged going back? Would he go back to the same time he left or later on? Etc
