Caesar is an omegian doctor working in pediatrics at a cutting-edge research hospital in Rome. He has mixed feelings about his history at the place, especially considering the fountain in the hospital garden. Not like it matters too much. He's perfectly happy to continue his somewhat lonely solitary existence, thank you very much.
Of course, that's when Joseph Joestar barges in...again. And if ten years wasn't enough to give up the alpha, then Caesar isn't sure how long it'll take.
Unfortunately, despite the painful memories, he still isn't sure if he wants to give up anymore.

People were cruel. Manipulative and selfish. All they wanted was to strip him of everything he once had.
A dream for a better life, small though it had been, they'd crushed. A safe place to call home? They'd caused it to crumble around him. They stole everything, even his own body and soul.
They’d just take, and take, and take.
A soulmate is someone who is supposed to heal that pain. Someone who wouldn’t steal, but instead give. Give in such a way that it might allow him to pick up those broken shards of whoever it was he was meant to be, and help him slowly stitch them together again. Even if a few pieces were missing, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t find them, a soulmate wasn’t going to judge. They would love him despite his missing parts. Even if what remained was fractured or barely holding together. A soulmate…? He didn’t deserve someone like that.
What they took, he gave, what they did, he allowed…perhaps not for all the wrong reasons, but all the same, he never tried to stop them. Not like it mattered. An incomplete, tainted, damaged person like him didn’t deserve to meet anyone like that.
This is what he believed.
