Summary
The only word Bruce can come up with to describe the infected is feral. Human beings are driven by their innermost desires and fears, reduced to nothing but animal instinct. The infection robs one of their inhibitions. They revert to their core traits: greed, need, hate, fear, desire. The crazy become crazier; the self-haters kill themselves. Resentful parents throw their children off bridges or drown them in the bathtub. Enemies rush at each other’s throats with whatever weapons they can get their hands on.
No one can lie, no one can hide. No masks. No pretenses. It’s utter chaos.

Summary
Shouta looked over the file that Nezu had given him. The file was on the topic of the new assistant teacher who would be helping out the hero classes, since the two classes had been through villain attack after villain attack, and it was only summer. The only reason Shouta was happy with it was because this “assistant teacher’s” arrival happened directly the day the other teachers would be moving into the dorms. The file, which was quite impressive, read:

The file wasnt very long, only the most basic information about Signal, such as his quirk name and affiliations. The most worrisome part was the red stamp that read “vigilante.”

Summary
The Blacksmith, in all fairness, did tell them exactly what was about to happen. The problem, really, is that when five heretofore unknown figures suddenly blip into existence a good decade and a half into the past, a lot of very powerful people notice.
And many of them are less than pleased.
Or: Those five from the Ever After, Jaune Arc, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao-Long, Weiss Schnee, and Ruby Rose, do not end up in Vacuo. Instead, they end up scattered across Remnant, 12 years in the past.
