I looked at myself in the mirror.
It had been a choice on a whim, thinking it'd make for a funny picture to send to my friends back in Faraway.
I hadn't imagined that it'd feel... right.
I'll have to apologise to Mari for wearing one of her old skirts, though it's not like she'd have fit in them regardless if she were still here.
But, what I see in the mirror is not what I expected: I was expecting to see the absurdity of a boy wearing a skirt but, it fits. Why does it look right on me? Aren't I a boy? Boys don't wear skirts.
"Sunny, when you said you wanted to be born as a girl, did you mean it?"
Oh.
"Well, I'm sure you would have made a very cute girl~!"
I'm in trouble, aren't I?
