Edgar is tidy and quiet and doesn’t stay up late the way Kevin does, mostly keeping to himself and reading from his book with the tiny text. He doesn’t bother Monty when he gets quiet and sullen, instead leaving the room with Poe so that the bird doesn’t make him more upset. And, more than that, he isn’t at all scared of Monty, even though he’ll become a bloodthirsty werewolf twice a month."
Or, everyone almost notices that there's something wrong with how Poe treats Edgar. Almost.
