The first two chapters in this AO3 work contains a link to both an HTML browser-playable RenPy visual novel hosted online, and to its downloadable source files, where you can choose your ship as either being Geralt/Jaskier, or Geralt/Jaskier/Yennefer.
From chapter three onwards it's the same story told in a regular fic format, with embedded fanart.

Stregobor soon learns that the annoying musician is intimately acquainted with both the tricky sorceress and the very same witcher who is rumoured to have taken Princess Cirilla from Cintra.
Wasting no time in hatching an evil plot to find the princess and ingratiate himself to his Nilfgaard overlords, Stregobor abducts Jaskier and implants a false set of memories in Yennefer’s mind, designed to drive her and Geralt mad with grief and allow him to track down Ciri.
And at its wicked heart lies one twisted question: what desperate things would Geralt of Rivia do if he mistakenly believed that one of his true loves had gone mad and murdered the other one? If Stregobor gets his way, then Yennefer and Geralt are soon going to find out.
