It started off as a simple mistake. Accidentally summoning a half-ghost boy from Indiana instead of a demon.
What it became was over 5 decades of friendship, adventures, misadventures, pain, pining, and mutual reliance. No matter what happened, the one constant in Danny and John's lives was each other. Growing up together, growing into their own powers, coming to each others' aid, being there when called. Even if others around them die, even though the pain that fills their lives, they always have each other.
And if they maybe have a little crush on their best friend, then that's their own business.

Peter tries to navigate a new life in Gotham while Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, and the other bats try and find out who exactly is Spider-man and how did he get to Gotham in the first place

And he's going to be stuck on the same day over and over again until he can figure out what he needs to do in order to stop the destruction of Bludhaven and a bombing in Crime Alley.

Only problem? Not actually a vampire. But also not dead. Which means John just stabbed a random teen in the heart with a wooden stake. Great...
Now if Danny would stop asking John to just let him die instead of trying to fix his mistake, that would be fantastic.

Dick had a younger brother. His name was Tim. His little baby brother Tim. But after their parents died, they were separated, and Dick didn't know what happened to his little brother. When he was finally able to look for him, months later after being taken in by Bruce, he only seemed to hit roadblocks. Wherever his brother was, Dick didn't know. And he wasn't exactly sure how to find him.
Tim had always longed to fly. But as the heir to Drake Industries, that wasn't exactly something he could do. No, he had to be a good little boy, polite and proper, just what his parents expected. But when his parents weren't home, when no one was looking, he could follow the two people who really could fly: Batman and Robin. It didn't really matter that Tim would never be able to fly himself, he could watch Robin fly and that would be enough.

Peter didn't plan any of this. He didn't plan to fall into the arc reactor holding a mysterious, glowing metal ball he grabbed off an alien. He didn't plan to wake up screaming and in pain outside of a strange city. He didn't plan to go to Gotham, New Jersey.
He might not have planned it, but he's here now. Now Peter needs to find a way home with no ID, no money, and seemingly no way to contact Doctor Strange or anyone else back home for help. But perhaps the wheelchair-bound librarian, a dangerous man with probable ties to crime, and a young genius can help him figure out how to get home.
That is if Spider-man can get on the good side of the local Bats.

Tim Drake was dead.
It wasn't anything remarkable. In fact, his death went unnoticed by the world for nearly a decade. That's because despite having died, Tim kept on living. Sure he might be a ghost now, but he still got hurt, he still bled when cut, he still ate, he still went to school. To anyone else, it looked like he was a normal, if slightly pale and skinny, boy. He worked hard to pretend that he was alive when he knew he wasn't. Hiding what he was from everyone, including Batman.
But all that starts to unravel when his grave is threatened to be disturbed.

Summary
Danny had one family that he’d been taken from, possibly for his own protection, and another family that he’d left for his own safety. Now he was in Gotham, trying to start a new life on his own. If he can stay off the GIW's radar and out of the way of the local vigilantes, he should be fine.
But life (or death) seems to have other plans as the Bats notice this Daniel Fenton kid looks a little too much like Damian and not enough to remove the possibility of their relation. Especially as Jason's Pit Waters go unnaturally quiet around him. Not to mention all the questions and worries that arise as the Bats start interacting with ghosts in Gotham.
Add League of Assassins members, a strange billionaire with a fascination for ghosts, and strange men in white suits all showing up in town and you've got yourself a recipe for trouble.
