“You’re thinking,” Will says, skating a finger down the line of Mike’s nose, under his eye, over his cheekbone, then resting, finally, just at the corner of his lips– “about me.”
Oh, Jesus. Mike’s throat is very, very dry. “What?”
Will opens his eyes – slow, a little hesitant – and smiles. “You are,” he says, way, way too smug for Mike’s liking. “You’re turning red!”
“Shut up,” Mike mutters, and Will’s smile grows. “You– I’m just nervous!”
It should be illegal for someone to look this pleased with themselves. “Yeah?” Will says quietly, index finger still hovering at the corner of Mike’s mouth, thumb pressed gently under his chin. “I make you nervous?”
Mike thinks Will might be psychic. (Kind of.) Will is being very irritatingly vague about the whole thing.

Summary
Finney Blake wakes up on September 7th 2021, this should not be a problem. However the last thing Finney remembered was that it was the 11th of December 2021, when he walked out of The Grabbers Basement.
(Finney Blake has been given the chance to prevent any of the kidnappings from ever happening, Finney sets out with the goal of only saving the other boys from The Grabber. But along the way he grows closer with all of them, and maybe gets his shot to say something that was left unsaid.
Essentially the Time Travel Fix-It, modern retelling that I was in desperate need of, and hopefully others are as well.

Summary
Love, for boys like Will, had always felt so out of reach. When he was younger, his Mom sometimes joked about Will growing up and falling in love. She meant no harm, but the words always cut deep. He’d joke back—I’m not going to fall in love, Mom. Gross—but it hurt more than he let on.
Even when he didn’t have the words to describe it to himself, he’d always known who he was. And the more he accepted that, the more he accepted that he’d spend his whole life alone, pining for people who didn’t want him back. As he grew up, and his friends started to pair off with girls, that feeling was only solidified.
But he’d let himself feel differently about Mike—and it had been the biggest mistake of his life. If he wanted to be happy, to move forward, he really had to get over it.OR
Beginning with a rewrite of Will's coming out scene, continuing with a time-skip to early December. Mike and Will both struggle with their feelings for each other, both in very different ways. Things aren't going well, until finally, FINALLY, things start to look up.
