Strange sighs. "Don't tell me… a younger or older version of yourself came out of it and found you in the present?"
"What? No- no… uh… my father. From 1985."
"I told you to keep your hands to yourself."
OR
It's just a few days to Christmas when Howard Stark is sucked into a lamp and re-appears in 2017 to find out that his adult son is not at all the disappointment he expected him to be.
OR
Tony is not ok with seeing his father again. Peter, Pepper, and Happy rally around him while he deals with this mess.

His mind occupied with other things, it took the kid a second to register the words, and then another to blink at Captain Steve America Rogers. “Uh. Yes?”
Oddly enough, the man just smiled at him. Covered in blood and battle-grime, looking half beaten to death and one hundred percent exhausted, the super soldier from Brooklyn smiled. At him. Belatedly, Peter realized that, despite still being encased by the comforting weight of his Iron Spider armor, he’d yet to have brought back up his mask since the battle, and Captain Rogers could easily see his own bruised and bloodied face, along with everyone else in the room.
Oh. Speaking of everyone else - there were, uh, an awful lot of people looking at him.

His hope for a peaceful day-to-day life in limbo goes awry, however, when he meets Queens’ newest hero; a pure-hearted kid with a death wish and a ridiculous pair of red and blue pajamas.
The last thing Steve expects when he finally tracks Bucky down is that, not only has the man been living in Queens all this time, right under his nose, but also that, in the two years since they last saw each other, Bucky somehow acquired a kid.
Alternatively: How Peter Parker effectively fucks over Bucky Barnes, and also totally saves him.

Summary
The Rogues are back; Tony Stark couldn't even be mad about it - it was his idea after all. He's an Avenger and that means protecting the Earth at any cost - even if he has to deal with a certain star-spangled man and his sullen sidekick. After all, he's been through worse in his life; the loss of his wife and the disappearance of his son 12 years ago. Compared to that, this would be a walk in the park.
Bucky Barnes is back on US soil as a free man. But freedom is more than just physical. On top of that, Steve is desperate for him to be the man he was before. The only problem is; that man is long dead.
Peter Parker has been through the mill but he knows he just had to adapt, roll with the (many) punches and keep going. Spider-man is his safe place now, the one time he could truly feel like himself. Like he is making a difference. He'd make sure no one would suffer like he has, even if he has to track down the perpetrator himself.
