“That’s woooorse,” Jisung whined.
Chan chuckled gently, “I’m only joking, Han. Whatever it is, I’m sure we can figure it out together. We always do, don’t we?”
Jisung nodded hesitantly.
Things always usually did end up working out in the end for them, not that it made facing new challenges any less overwhelming.
“Well?”
Jisung finally met Chan's eyes, biting back at the crushing fear that ate at his insides as he prepared himself.
“Hyung, I think I’m homophobic.”

Felix inhales sharply as his pulse jumps. Hyunjin’s head whirls around, eyes wide as he meets Chan's gaze. Felix can hear his own heartbeat in his ears.
“Wh– what?” Hyunjin whispers, finally letting himself look at Felix. He can't interpret what he sees in his best friend's eyes, but he hopes his own sudden anticipation isn't too apparent. “Felix?”
He releases a measured breath, praying it doesn't seem too jittery as he shrugs haphazardly. “Sure. I mean, why not? We never- uh, we've never done that, but. We're best friends, right? What. What could go wrong?”

In lieu of convincing his vocal cords to do literally anything useful, Jisung nodded. The motion came out a little too enthusiastic, making him briefly dizzy. He reinforced it with a thumbs up, because apparently his body had decided that was the most reassuring option available.

“You didn’t hit your head or something, did you?”
Jisung shook his head immediately.
There was a beat of silence, then the stranger’s eyes widened, horror dawning fast.

He was out of breath, his vision narrowed to what lay before his feet, when he reached his car. What should have been a welcome sight punched him in the gut, and he let out a sob.
The tires were flat.
Frantically looking over his shoulder, he had to think quickly. They were definitely slashed; the gaping knife hole on the one closest to him wasn’t even trying to hide. The sound of boots on pavement behind him brought him out of his momentary panic, and he set off.
Not knowing where to go, Hyunjin ducked down alleys and tried to find somewhere to hide.
But there was nothing.
His chest and head pounded in time with his feet, each step sending a shock of impact into his knees and a spark of pain all through his body. He was nearing the outskirts of the city and the rich forest beyond it before he realized where he was.
He knew this road. He’d been down it before, years ago, but there might be hope.
or: Hyunjin is being blackmailed, and it takes the strength of a bonded pack to fight to live free and together.

Summary
A famous porn star, turned pet of a wealthy businessman. Not the worst outcome Minho predicted for his life. After he was blacklisted from dancing, he figured he’d live out the rest of his life being an object for rich fucks to jerk off to, and then inevitably end up dead in a ditch somewhere after drinking himself to numbness. So he was doing better than he thought.
He could do without being paraded around, especially in front of other wealthy businessmen, but he knew what he was: an indicator of Jisung’s wealth. He was something to demonstrate J.ONE’s dominance over all the other companies. A pretty little pet. That was all the other businessmen needed to know about him, at least.
