Summary
Tim knew what it was like. To sit and listen to Dick or even Bruce get angry about how his parents raised him. He knew the confusion and the frustration because no his parents weren't perfect but they're still his and they loved him dammit-
He remembers. And now watching Damian looking at the ground with a blank look that spoke of someone far far away from the conversation at hand, Tim knew that Dick was once again giving unwanted opinions about a child's upbringing.
You'd think for someone who prides himself on reading people so well, Dick would know when to shut up about someone's complicated relationship with their mom but alas.
Or, Dick is a bit of a Dick, Tim has a bit of a backwards view on his childhood and passes that mentality to Damian. Idk being abused as a child but still caring deeply about the people who hurt you is very complicated. Read it though it's good I promise

Summary
In the Batfamily, names are never just names. They are shields, boundaries, and sometimes gifts.
It had been considered a milestone the day Damian Wayne stopped calling Dick “Grayson” and instead said “Richard.” A quiet change, almost easy to miss, but one that spoke volumes. It meant trust. It meant that one of Damian’s carefully fortified walls had finally cracked, just enough to let someone in.
There had been surprise when “Todd” softened into “Jason,” a reluctant acknowledgment of brotherhood. A small miracle when “Drake” became “Timothy,” and eventually just “Tim,” the name spoken with familiarity instead of distance.
Each name change marked growth, healing, and acceptance. Each one was noticed, cataloged, and quietly treasured by the family.
But no one was prepared for the day Damian stopped saying “Father.”
No one was ready for the moment the word “Bruce” slipped out instead.

Summary
Jason is quiet, pensive, for a long time before he speaks again. “Maybe you have a point. I used to think that Robin was, like, magic. Hope, you know? Hope to keep fighting the good fight. We used to have this joke on patrol, that we were just good soldiers fighting in a war. He’d say that to me when I was scared. Chin up, soldier, the fight’s still going. I used to think he meant it as though we were…I don’t know, partners. Brothers in arms. That he would always have my back. But then he replaced me as soon as I died. So maybe being a literal soldier is what he wants from you.”
Damian can’t hide how pleased he is at these words. He can be a soldier. He’s been a soldier since the day he was born. Somehow, his happiness only makes Todd deflate. At least it’s not the Pit again. Damian will take the small victories where he can find them.

It’s a kid. A fucking kid. Jason blinks. “You’ve got to be kidding me.” He says. “This pipsqueak is going to be watching Damian?”
Tim’s friendly smile becomes a little less friendly and a lot more forced. His eyes are scowling even while outwardly nothing changes. Creepy. Clearly gala trained if he’s the son of the Drakes next door…for all of next door that the Drakes can be when they’re a fifteen minute walk away between the size of the Wayne and Drake properties.
“Yeah, no.” Jason says. “You’re not leaving Damian with a child.”
“I’m twelve.” Tim cuts in.
…
Dick needs a babysitter, Jason has unelected himself from the job, Tim is very qualified at babysitting, and Damian is baby. What could go wrong?

Summary
"wait, wait, HE gets Habibi?! How is that fair?!" Todd spoke, he was the one who had spent time with him in the LoA so did know Arabic but also was the first to receive his title as Akhi (Brother) which caused attention to instantly go towards Jason as he apparently seemed to understand what was happening and the use of words. But Todd's main concern was how Grayson got the title that Damian's mother used for Damian so it was held in a high light for the youngest.
"Tt, of course, he is the most capable of you all."

Bruce had immediately fallen in love with Damian after Jason had stolen the toddler away from Talia al Ghul when he'd escaped the League. Jason has no clue who the father was, though, and eventually, he can't justify not running a DNA test to try to find out who the toddler's father is anymore.
The results are...surprising.

“Let’s get inside.” Bruce scooped Damian up and took Jason’s hand. Jason grumbled, mumbling and making noises that may have been words.
“Ummi?” Damian whined. He looked around unsurely, saying more words in Arabic — the League dialect. Bruce only caught a few words; things like ‘where’ and ‘home’.
His heart broke a little at that. Damian didn’t understand what was happening, must not have had anything explained. All he knew was that he’d been left with some strange man and his mother wasn’t around.
“Your ummi isn’t here right now,” Bruce said gently. “I’m Bruce. Your father.”
“Father?”
“Yes. I’m going to take care of you and your brother for a bit.”

Turns out Damian might not have met Jason before he died, but after was a different story.

Damian stumbled over his own feet, barely catching himself on the railing. He stared down at the darkness without seeing it as all his defenses failed him. He opened his mouth to rebuff him but all that came out was, "And you?"

Dick liked to think he had a pretty good handle on the whole ‘big brother’ thing by now, even if Tim still saw sleep as optional and Damian still got a little stabby when a hug lasted too long.
But then Damian’s other big brother comes to town, mysterious and red-helmeted and oddly familiar, and seems to want nothing to do with the Bats sans Damian. Damian is strangely close-lipped about his other brother's past, but Dick is determined to find out more about the Red Hood - he could always use more little brothers, anyway!
