Summary
Saiki Kusou has never had a crush on another guy, so when his whole class starts getting embroiled in a collective sexuality crisis, he has absolutely no stake in the whole thing. Still, it would probably be far easier for him if coming out went smoothly for everyone and Teruhashi came to terms with her status as a lesbian, so he decides to help out. You know, like a good ally.
Saiki Kusuo isn't LGBTQ. Not experiencing sexual attraction is totally normal. Transforming between biological sexes soon after birth doesn't count. And his interest in Satou Hiroshi is purely one of curiosity.
That has to be true. Because for Saiki Kusou, coming out sure seems like a pain.

“Was this your first wet dream about me?”
There was a long silence, broken by a soft sound from Toya, who was obviously getting flustered.
“No. No, Akito.” Toya finally replied, “Far from it, actually.”
Akito couldn’t help but chuckle a little, because it made him feel at ease. To know that Toya wanted him and had dreamt of him.
“I am in love with you, after all.”
In other words:
Akito wakes up beside Toya after their bet because he’s an insomniac, and Toya wakes up due to a wet dream.

“What if we make a bet?” Akito asked, hiding his nervousness with a sly grin.
“Mmm?”
“Let’s say…” He took a deep breath and tilted his head a bit, so that he could whisper into Toya’s ear. “…that if I win, you will let me top you.” The words came out almost too rushed.
In other words:
What a “friendly” bet between the two singing partners could lead to.

Summary
Onii-chan? he thought. Something you call your older brother. The familiar girl tried to help him up, ushering him from where he was laying down in the cold snow in front of the doorway and inside the small home where the sickly sweet smell was stronger. The girl paled as soon as she opened the dilapidated door, but she steeled herself and guided him inside, and it was then that he saw it, the carnage that was inside of what used to be a quaint little home. Corpses of people strewn about carelessly, their blood seeping through the tatami floor— Mom, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, Rokuta — seemingly against his will, his knees crumpled down onto the floor, tears filling his eyes as his throat let out the most agonizing sound…
And it all came rushing back.
His name was Kamado Tanjirou.

Summary
When Ena's father gifts her what seems like a generic otome game that happens to feature a villainess with the same name and near identical features to her, she sees it as a personal attack.
When she's forcibly transported into the universe of said game in the place of said Villainess, where everyone either despises or fears her, she decides that it most definitely is a personal attack.
It's all just a mild inconvenience until Ena realises that there are darker forces at play that intend to either make her play the role of villain to the protagonist of the game, Mizuki Akiyama, or to take her place and suffer instead.
Either way, it seems there's just no winning for Ena - especially when it seems that no matter what people say to warn her, Mizuki just won't leave her alone.

Summary
The thing is: Akito’s not that impulsive. Not when it comes to things that matter. Later, he’ll reminisce and consider that maybe this was not the smartest thing to do to a perfectly stable, years-long partnership without thinking about the potential consequences.
But later is later and now is now, and right now he happens to be busy grabbing Toya by the collar and smashing their mouths together, fevered and frantic, eager to kiss every trace of surprise off his stupid cute face.
Six years in the future, Shinonome Akito hooks up with his best friend. This has—consequences.
