In a world of superheroes and villains, Grian lives in a small apartment. He makes more than enough money and prefers his tight schedule of coffee, work, going home, taking care of his cats, sleeping, and then repeating the cycle. He's brilliant and works as a department lead under Cub Goodtimes.
Boatem, a villainous group, has started making more appearances recently, and Grian has to learn to work around them, disrupting his daily routine.

Summary
James is a wandering cowboy who never stays in one place too long—until he crosses paths with Will, the steadfast sheriff of Cattlesborrow. Will’s got a lawman’s instincts and an iron will, but something about James doesn’t sit right. Drifters bring trouble, and trouble is the last thing Cattlesborrow needs.
James should be moving on, but something keeps him tethered—to the town, to Will, to a past that won’t stay buried. As tensions rise and danger closes in, James starts to wonder if he's riding toward redemption or straight into ruin.
He’s always running from trouble. This time, he might just stay. Or will he?

Summary
This happens during the plot of Chapter 6. It's explicit, and it's a one-shot. I decided to write this instead of Chapter 7, and I wrote it while listening to Casual, Car Lights, and Tears over Beers. It is also HEAVILY inspired by Brokeback Mountain. I'm honestly proud of this little bit.
If you're reading this without reading the story, you should go read it. It's a Western story with drama and romance(kind of).
Also, the title is from Car Lights by James Marriott, in case you didn't know.
