Summary
Another Phighting isekai fic!
A poor soul gets fumbled by the higher being equivalent of a cosmic janitor and is sent down to the Inpherno. Though instead of having a body of their own, they get the joy of possessing Banhammer! Yay! Of course, instead of acting like a regular person and interacting with everyone's favorite characters, they decide to Lock In and turn the ruler of the Banlands into a true Tyrant.
After all, if there's one thing they hate, it's those who manage to wriggle away from the force of justice.
In this new state of change, the law is the only constant they know. It is the only thing that matters.

Prowl can't possibly be any more humiliated! Jazz can't possibly be any more entertained!
