Summary
I don't know what's worse, the supposedly normal looking mirror suddenly transporting us to another world or the fact that this new world we're in is making us go to fucking school.
On what is apparently a normal day at Snowchester, turned not-so normal when a friend they invited to come over brought a simple mirror he traded for a rose, then said mirror was somehow not-so simple as it suddenly glowed and sucked them into a magical world that looked like it came out of a fantasy book.
The whole ordeal was a shit-show to say the least.

Those are some of the first words Ajax, starving college student extraordinaire, has the misfortune of hearing upon waking up in a brave new world from what he's fairly sure is a very fatal accident involving water and a shit ton of electricity.
Okay, so he's not dead. That's good. But what's this about him being stuck playing the character Tartaglia? Tartaglia, as in the no-good, one-dimensional, cartoonish villain who met his untimely, gruesome death in the first act of the original game?
Forget this. Like hell Ajax is going to share that fate.
And so begins one man's journey to save himself from his awful destiny.

Tubbo's body trembled, possibly from the cold, possibly from the fear, possibly from the possibility of freedom, of flight, that lay before him...Tubbo's first birthday without Tommy could also be his last.
Tubbo stood, walking towards the edge of the cliff, heaving his leg over the fence so that he stood past the fence so that if he ever decided to jump, there wouldn't be a piece of wood blocking him from doing that.
Now that he thought about it, dying here would be poetic. Dying on the day he turned seventeen. Dying where he had felt the most joy, the most warmth. Dying the same way Tommy did. Dying to join Tommy up there in the skies, the two of them, together, forever.
A soulmate is meant to accompany them for life. But when they are torn apart, both begin to break. One in particular breaks more.

“Sam.” Tommy leaned against the counter of the coffee shop, staring Sam straight in the eyes. “I’ve been thinking.”
“Alright,” Sam replied. He smiled, looking so much more easy going than he used to. “What about?”
Tommy bit the inside of his cheek. “If you were solely in charge of imprisoning the most dangerous man in the country, what would you do?”
Sam’s smile slid off of his face, and his brows scrunched up in concentration. “That’s a hard one,” he admitted. “I’d probably do everything within my power to make sure he didn’t escape. If he’s the most dangerous.”
“Yeah,” Tommy said hollowly. “I guess you would.”
Or, after Dream kills Tommy after he escapes prison, Tommy finds himself in a modern universe, fostered by sbi.
