Summary
Trying to get back into the swing of writing stuff casually for fun. This is a short thing poking at Sasara and Samatoki's first meeting and the very, very beginning of their relationship (they bang right at the start; this is for all intents and purposes an established relationship and not a "getting-together" romance) from Samatoki's POV, since we only get Sasara's take on it in canon. It's melodramatic and emo. Doesn't really go anywhere. Nemu is in it briefly for some reason. Whatever. You get it.

Summary
After having disappeared off to who knows where for five years, Joshua is back and just as much of a cagey obnoxious know-it-all as ever. More alarmingly, he has not aged a day. Hanekoma is gone and his Angelic replacement isn't giving up any information either. Against his friends' advice and his own better judgment, Neku finds himself playing detective to figure out what happened, even though all he really wants to do is get Joshua to talk to him.
Neku quickly discovers that even if you've been nursing an ill-advised crush since you were fifteen and fantasizing about it on the regular, dragging a god down off his high horse is far from the easiest thing in the world. Thankfully, he has come equipped with enough determination to kill a man three times his size.Post-canon Neku-POV Joshua-centric worldbuilding-y shipping nonsense with a bit of plot for flavor. Original DS TWEWY canon; all others pointedly disregarded. I know I'm making this sound pretty emo with the tags and the summary, but I promise we have fun here.

An examination of what a "happy ending" for Hina would look like, via an alternate universe in which Hina and Natsuo's past relationship is revealed to the authorities and to the public and Hina faces the consequences of what she's done. Happy endings are not necessarily so easy to come by, especially when you've made as many mistakes as Hina. But "not so easy" isn't the same as "impossible," even when it feels that way. Some things are unfixable. Not everything needs to be fixed.

SasaSama fic of the best variety: they are not at any point in a room together and do not even like each other. Jokes aside, it's really juicy Sasara angst that prominently features his terrible horrible no good very bad relationship with Rosho, in this specific case, with Sasara using Rosho as a target for Every Feeling He's Ever Had with no input from Rosho on the matter, and the implications are so nasty and so fun. Thank youuuu, Hypnosis Mic fandom. We take those.
