Jonathan laugh looking at both of them, is not really funny is what Will thinks feeling embarrassed.
"Oh please if you knew how things are going for you, you wouldn't be laughing" he finally says a little bit angry at his brother.
"Yeah, with your BEST FRIEND Steve" Mike continues trying to sound smug about it.
They both know the future this people don't. Jonathan stare at them confused. "He's not a friend" simply says.
This will be a long night and is not over is what his thoughts are telling him and they probably should stop sharing so much information.

Summary
Mike’s heart lurches into his throat, constricting his airway as he takes in his face. Because he knows that face. His eyes have wandered along that strong nose, those bunny teeth peeking out between parted lips, that mole beside his mouth. He’s catalogued every detail of that messy brown hair, those long eyelashes, and that pair of enchanting hazel eyes, over and over again, to the point where it burns behind his eyelids when he kisses his girlfriend.
“Holy shit,” the man breathes, gaping in shock, and for once in his life, Mike doesn’t need a trick to stop his loud mouth. For the first time, he’s truly struck dumb.
Because it’s him. Older, taller, and different, but it’s him.
The man standing in front of them, somehow, is Will.
Or,
18-year-old Will Byers gets sent back to July 1985, tries to help them out using some awesome superpowers and futuristic wisdom, and Mike does his best not to combust in the process.

Summary
When Mike Wheeler wakes up one day everything seems normal. When he wakes up the next day everything seems normal too, or at least it would be if he wasn’t living the same exact day over again. Every morning Mike wakes up to the same exact day, that is until he realizes he can do whatever he wants… no consequences. When he repeatedly relives his same interactions… something shifts. Maybe he’s less afraid to do say what he wants- to do what he wants, until one day it doesn’t reset, and he finds himself much deeper than he could have imagined.

“Sorry,” Will breathed, and then shook himself out of… whatever he was doing; ogling, oh god. He was ogling Mike. “I didn’t mean to—you’re just, you look different.”

Summary
Noah’s hands were shaking so bad as soon as he heard ‘Action!’ when the final filming of the coming out scene began. The cameras in front and around him would usually float into the background of his mind once he slipped into the role of Will Byers, easy as breathing, but today it felt impossible to escape what he felt like was a scrutinized gaze of everyone present.
