Regressed back to his teens, with a suspiciously foolproof background in the world he woke up in, Val must navigate the frankly ridiculous cape drama while trying to buy enough time for his out of context tinker abilities from Pandora to pay dividends.
Slightly slow ramp up, undecided pairings or if there will even be pairings. You can expect this fic to be a little lighter than Parahumans typically is. I tend to like at least a veneer of reasonable explanation for my fics, so I'll likely try to make up pseudo-science to explain various phenomenon. I'm by no means a scientist, so suspend your disbelief.
