What would fierce wings look like on a dose of trigger? Probably overpowered right?
What if that was the default?
Izuku’s quirk ‘Emerald Wings’ gives him two fluffy metallic green wings on his back made up of thousands of feathers of different sizes. What makes these wings different is that the feathers can harden to the point where they can scratch diamond. Not only does this make them impervious to flame, negating Keigo’s biggest weakness, but they are also bullet proof and basically indestructible.
These feathers can be telekinetically controlled, basically granting thousands of projectiles capable of slicing through steel girders.
Due to resources being distributed to other projects after the success of Hawks, Izuku’s training has been delegated to the HSPC’s most successful pet hero. Hawks himself.
If either fail expectations, they will be separated. Keigo can’t let his innocent little brother suffer through what he went through. He won’t let it happen.

Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

Summary
All Might went into an orphanage for a charity event and came out with a new lease on life and an adorable-- if not slightly traumatized-- son.
Izuku is a boy with open eyes and a kindness that stretches miles and miles deep. He knows more than any ten year old should, and Toshinori is aware of this. He's been aware of this since the moment he crouched down in front of the boy and let him press their palms together. Now Toshinori is impossibly smitten and determined to heal Izuku the same way he helped heal him, no matter what challenges jump in the way. He'll protect and build him up no matter what. For his son, nothing is ever too much.
Of course, he never claimed to think fatherhood to be easy going in. He just... hadn't thought it would make him want to Detroit Smash some cocky brat named 'Kacchan' through a wall either.
Or: Izuku heals All Might on a whim and gets himself a new, (extremely overprotective) dad in the process.
