Schwarzburg, capital of the Schwarzreich. Year 1000 PA. The Council of Houses has deadlocked for eleven months over the succession of dying Schwarz XXVI. Six houses shout claims. The Sternreich masses troops on the eastern border. War breathes down the empire's neck.
Wilhelm the 100th — minor noble, distant Schwarz blood, seventeen years old — walks away from the council chamber where his father's voice drowns in the noise. He wanders the streets of black stone and gold trim, past Ritterschaft officers in forest green, past the cathedral where priests call his ancestor Holy Emperor. Past everything built from a name that no living Schwarz is allowed to carry.
He stops at the central plaza. The statue of der 29. Zauberkönig Asta towers above him: commoner, orphan, magicless, the man who proved will could break blood. The man whose diluted blood now flows through Wilhelm's veins — blood invoked to justify the very aristocracy he dismantled.
Wilhelm looks up at the stone face. He does not ask for wisdom. He knows what Asta would say: "That's not what I meant at all." He asks instead what Asta would do — what the boy from Hage did when the world told him no and he refused to listen.

MMRP thus created an insurmountable barrier between those who are superior and those who are not.
All males shall take a test when they reach a certain age in the nearby center. The center will test your DNA to accurately determine which classification you shall receive. The test is comprised of a physical test, appearance eval, and intelligence test. And you shall receive a classification that will define you for the rest of your life. Failure to cooperate will result in incarceration as the regulation is enacted under the Martial Law.
The system however already fail in the first place, not that anyone want to argued with it as betas were busy getting oppressed while the alpha indulge themselves in hedonism
