Jax looks at her blankly, expression disturbingly unreadable.
“… Okay.”
“..Okay..?” Ragatha repeats in question.
“Okay,” Jax sighs again, allowing his knees to fall away from his chest. “You can.. help me. Do whatever you want.”
Well.
“.. Whatever I want..?”
Or
Jax goes into heat at the worst given opportunity. Ragatha is there to help, as she always is.

It seems that he's only focused on one thing and it wasn't the coins with Bubble's face imprinted on them.

She gets it, Charlie's an extremely powerful demon and experiencing even a fraction of her untapped power would leave most souls paralyzed in fear... and Charlie isn't the best at controlling said powers.
