Something inside her snaps, her gut twisting and her throat raw as she screams at him, her hand twisting violently from his grip. A wave of energy shudders across the ground just like it had the first time she'd cracked the Honmoon, up on that rooftop mere days ago; except there is no Honmoon this time, only the tattered pieces that it shreds even smaller on its way past, flinging them into the air and swallowing them whole.
"He roared, and the world trembled," Jinu mutters under his breath as she falls to her knees, too broken to even chase him away, or shake off his hand when it lands on her shoulder.
