The first sign of things going downhill was the note someone had tossed at you during arts and crafts.
All the children were drawing away, and you can’t tell which one may have thrown the paper. But as you uncrumpled it, the scribbly writing was clear enough. “Get out of my daycare”, coupled with a couple crude doodles of a basic sun and moon. You wouldn’t lie - it made your heart sink. But it was probably just a little kid upset at their routine being changed... so you fold it up and stuff it in a drawer. You need to get back to sorting through that unfiled paperwork anyway.

This is HEAVILY based on NaffEclipse's Sleuth Jesters, more specifically Syzgy in Dedication, but I switched it so Reader is still a vigilante and only the animatronics are swapped, I just had a funny brain rot over this.
His four arms, one missing a ribbon. The bells glimmering every so often as thunder rips through the peaceful pitter-patters of the rain. Tied around your neck, it was displayed proudly as if it was a trophy. And damn right it was. You wore that ribbon with pride, tied snuggly around your neck. Everytime you moved, the familiar, distinct jingle rang out. It was plain mockery.

Finding a job was hard for (y/n). They never went to college, but they needed to find a job that would allow them to bring their little brother along with them. Eventually, they land a job at the famous Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. The job was perfect; they got to drop their brother off at the daycare for free and got to work with some of the nicest people and animatronics they had ever met. But, it doesn't take long for things to go south. Between poor management choices and the appearances of shady characters, (y/n) finds that they're at risk of losing their job and their friends. Now, they have to find out how to save everyone they care about, and the animatronic who captured their heart.
