Summary
The next several weeks went well as Sam finished training Foolish. On their lunch break, they often talked about plans and hospital designs. Whether they would go through with such an idea was yet to be seen but they enjoyed the conversation nonetheless.
Today though, Foolish was picking at his food as Sam fiddled with a broken piece of equipment. A loud sigh escaped Foolish. A glance from Sam told him the other man had barely touched his food. He looked back down at what he was working on. "What's on your mind?"
"What's the hospital's policy on dating coworkers?" Foolish asked.

Summary
Puffy could hear something shifting inside, growling. Vex took the cane at his side and roughly slammed it into the tarp. A metallic clang rang out and there was a yelp of fear. Vex smirked, turning back to Puffy. "Ready?" He asked as his hand reached for the tarp. Without waiting for her response, he threw the tarp up and over, resting the tarp on top of the cage he revealed underneath.
Puffy held back a hiss of surprise, keeping her face as neutral as possible. The creature crouched against the back of the cage, curled in on itself to be as small as possible. They were roughly the size of a nine year old human child except that it was certainly anything but human.
Light from the full moon outside shone through the porthole. They had a shark tail, their golden skin interrupted in places by patches of grey, the same color as the tail. Gills opened and closed uselessly against its neck. It could obviously breathe air but the poor thing looked dehydrated.
Vex jammed the end of his cane between the bars into the side of the creature. "Look sharp! We have company."
TLDR: Puffy's a pirate captain and she saves foolish from certain peril.

Summary
Foolish was jealous of the ocean creatures that were able to visit the surface. He found himself in awe of stories the dolphins would tell of ships, storms, and humans. Oh humans fascinated Foolish the most of all the surface creatures. From the stories, they sounded a lot like him and the other gods but, without powers. Intelligent creatures who built nations, invented, and innovated. They sounded inspired, something he wished he’d felt in the stifling formality of his day to day life.
Or, Foolish is a god, apprenticing under the Ocean Overlord. He craves time on the surface but finds it much different from his expectations.

Summary
"What happened, where's the blood coming from?" He yelled over the waves.
The figure stopped cradling the body and lifted him up a bit. As he rolled him towards Sam that strange feeling made sense.
A gasp.
"He's a...?" Words escaped Sam.
The blood was coming from a tail. Attached to this little boy was a vibrant red fishtail complete with fins and all.
Sam didn't know whether to be horrified or amazed.

Sam’s a mildly successful, has-been tech entrepreneur who’s moved back to the beach town he grew up in. Living in a cold, empty, beachside mansion shouldn’t be as lonely as it. Sam can’t shake the feeling that he’s failed, he can’t help but live in the past.
Maybe something or someone can reignite the fire in Sam’s cold steel heart.
A Tommy’s Dads ( Sam, Ponk, Foolish and Tommy) Mermaid fic, loosely inspired by H2O Just Add Water but I made it sad.

“Oh- Foolish. I didn’t, uh… didn’t see you there,” it’s sheepish and awkward and vulnerable, of all things (but Foolish doesn't mind, he likes to listen to the soft rumble of Sam’s voice).
“It’s okay. Don’t know how you could miss me, though…” Foolish forces out a grin, to try and de-escalate the situation and calm down Sam. He was panicky and acting flighty, sending swift glances over his shoulder and behind Foolish. Was he looking for someone? Was someone after him?
Foolish reaches out to give Sam’s bicep a gentle squeeze, and the man flinches so hard that Foolish just ends up reeling back.
Sam looks like he’s either going to punch someone or burst into flames, and Foolish knows very well that the only thing keeping him from bolting back to his islands was Foolish himself.
Or, memories of your youth, feelings under footsteps, and trying to comfort a friend who's lost himself to the weight of responsibility.

Summary
Foolish was retired. He wasn't the top villain anymore, he wasn't even a villain at all anymore. So he shouldn't agree to back up his old team in a meeting with Night God, the new top villain. He also shouldn't agree to work temporarily for Night God; and he definitely shouldn't start dating Night God.
But Foolish was never good at following rules, so he might as well do all three of those things.
Even though he was retired for a reason.
WARNINGS: gore, presumed/near death experiences, implied sexual content (fade to black scenes), power dynamic, addiction, relapse, withdrawal, self-hatred, depression, eating disorder PTSD, dubcon at parts (but is consensual)
TLDR; Supervillain AU! FoolishXD centric because I have brainrot. :D
