First posted on Livejournal in March 2006, before the Buffy comics were even a glint in Joss Whedon's eye. Very slightly revised in 2014, but only for grammar. If I were to write it now, I would probably do a lot of things differently.
There is mention of Spike's attempted rape of Buffy in BtVS season 6 in this story, but no rape/non-con.
