Summary
A mortal soul manifests into Hell with the ability to harness and use an incredibly destructive power that Hell hasn't seen in a very, very long time. A kind of power that's so potent and powerful that it's able to erase Sinners and kill Angels and more powerful demons, like the Ars Goetia. It shouldn't be possible, but it somehow happened.
After that, all that can be said is that now there will be a brand new status quo in Pentagram City.

Heaven's exterminators have been repelled, Charlie's hotel has been rebuilt better than ever, and Lucifer himself has a special wing in the building. When the new shine and sparkle wears off of the post-adrenaline rush, though, Angel Dust realizes that he's still under Valentino's thumb—and Val is coming to collect, now that Angel is living it up with hell's princess and her daddy's money. The threat of heaven might be gone for now, but Angel realizes that he's no safer than he was before—and that maybe he's not okay at all.
