Summary
“But I’m his girlfriend!” She says with the conviction of someone doing something far more intelligent than pretending they’re romantically involved with their roommate just to visit them at the hospital. Denki is desperate, of course she is, Katsuki is her friend, she can’t just not see him.
The nurse looks her up and down, clearly skeptical that she could in fact be a girl let alone someone’s girlfriend.
She sighs, “Are you telling me in the year of our Lord and Savior 2238 we are still transphobic pieces of shit?”
Or
Bakugou gets injured on a mission and the hospital is only letting family back to see him. Kaminari, Bakugou's partner for the mission and his roommate, claims to be his significant other to work the system...it backfires spectacularly when the nurses tell Bakugou's parents they can't see him yet because his significant other is already there.

Kaminari Denki has it bad, which is to say they were in love.
It shouldn't be a problem...hell, it wouldn't be, if only they were in love with someone who actually stood a chance of returning their feelings. Instead they were in love with Bakugou Katsuki, the most repressed, emotional constipated person to ever exist. Bakugou doesn't even want friends how the hell is Kaminari supposed to get the guy to want to date them.
Bakugou Katsuki has it bad, which is to say he's in love.
It shouldn't be a problem...hell, it wouldn't be, if only Kaminari would stop wearing those goddamn yoga pants. Maybe then he could go back to focusing on his future as a pro-hero and not the fact that Kaminari has the body portions of one of those K-pop idols in the posters everyone pretends not to know are plastered all over the walls of Kaminari’s room.

If you look close enough you can see the exact second Kaminari falls in love. Bakugou has been there for a while at this point, he just hasn't admitted it to anyone, let alone himself.
