Summary
She was relatively slim, with smooth tan skin and silky, perfectly messy dyed blue hair that fluttered over her forehead in waves. She had on a pastel blue NASA sweater that made Peridot basically drool like the nerd she was, and the slim black jeans were not working in her favor either.
Peridot decided it would be much harder to focus on her studying while in the proximity of this mystery girl, so she gathered up her things and started walking.
...Right into the girl she had been staring at.

Despite being on the swim team and living in a dorm with her girlfriend, Lapis Lazuli is a lonely, depressed, flirty college junior recovering from PTSD. Her girlfriend is distant and manipulative, her demons haunt her daily, and her only glimmer of light is an optimistic middle schooler.
Peridot Diamond is an extremely introverted techie, with no clue of how to love, a horrible fear of abandonment, and a prosthetic left leg. The constant weight of what her mother expects of her after college, and her social anxiety is something she has learned to cope with.

Mitsuha is seemingly correct, as she reunites with Tessie and Sayaka at her new high school, but something still feels like it's missing.Taki Tachibana is still the same, average high school senior living in Tokyo with his father, but for some reason, ever since he woke up on a strange mountain next to the destroyed town of Itomori 2 years ago, he's been feeling a strong sense of longing for something. It tortures him daily, and despite his friends, Tsukasa and Shinta telling him to seek help, he loses himself in the feelings of vague memories often.
And then one day, they end up in the same history class.

When Ikuno confessed her feelings to Ichigo, she had been initially surprised, completely unaware of the possibility of one of the other pistils being interested in her. Not wanting to cause any more drama or complications, she had believed that the best course of action was to gently turn Ikuno down and be there for her - as a friend.
But, Ichigo couldn’t help but keep thinking about the confession. She didn’t know what to do with the information. First it had been Goro, and now Ikuno. Ichigo cared about both of them deeply, but she just didn’t know what it would be like to become involved with either of them.
No matter what, Ichigo needed to figure out these feelings.OR
The Ichigo/Ikuno arc I wanted but didn't get.
