Summary
Short? Yes. Incomplete? Never.
I'm writing a series of haiku about the Mosaic. These are all standalone but I shall add more like tiles from time to time. So in essence this puzzle will always be complete yet ever creating a new pattern. Hoping to gradually present the beauty of all their lives together. Like shifting tiles I may shift the pictures around too, as I have time. I'm actually being crushed by deadlines rn, sorry for the mess, but I figure They got tired working on the puzzle, too. Yet they loved each day. And we all love it so.

Right now I'm primarily working on adding the missing art pieces to match the photoscenes in the Tumblr chapters. Just to make sure you don't miss the art, please subscribe, as starting with fall 2025 I've begun creating "bonus art chapters" collecting the art that was retroactively added to missing chapters, so that those who already enjoyed the chapters won't miss anything. I'll issue a "bonus art chapter" a few months after I have posted 6 or more new artworks.

Summary
What if Eliot and Quentin hadn't both remembered their Mosaic lives together? Or not at the same time? Or not in the timeframe we expect? What if only one of them remembered? What if they remembered and one of them forgot? How do they get back those memories and/or share what they had? How do they each deal with being the only one to know? What happens when magic gets involved? A series of very AU stories involving some form of Mosaic amnesia, exploring how things might have played out differently. Each story is completely separate, yet each explores some aspect of this Mosaic amnesia theme.

Summary
Not even being a magician can rescue Eliot's Solsti-yule-mas, this year. After graduation, he'd leapt at the chance to apprentice with a world-famous magical architect, even if her office was in the Midwest; but now, with a major deadline looming, he can't take any time off for the holidays; and an approaching blizzard looks like it's about to ground his best friend at LaGuardia, two days before Christmas. The only bright spot? Eliot's boyfriend just beat the storm—and he brought Eliot a very cool present.
Then their holiday plans take a sideways turn when—not even 24 hours into Quentin's visit—Eliot's mother shows up at their front door.
Eliot's perfectly happy to see his mom—seriously, he really is, honestly—but their relationship has always been complicated, and the better part of a decade of radio silence hasn't exactly laid the groundwork for easy cohabitation in a studio apartment during the most stressful time of the year. As the storm hits, suffocating Chicago just when Eliot most needs an escape, it starts to seem like the only thing that can guide him through it may be a 100-year-old clock, made by a long-dead Coldwater, that just might turn out to be a little bit magic.
