Wilbur Soot. One of the most popular musicians in the world. He was known for his record breaking albums and hit singles that had every retail worker despising him.
His tours sold out in a matter of seconds and all of his songs hit the top played on Spotify and Apple Music.
He was also famous for his generosity. He was constantly having charity concerts and donating money to children’s hospitals and shelters. He invested in solar power. Yet he was still one of the riches people on the planet.
But Wilbur has been feeling... empty.
Not empty exactly. Just that something was missing.
He had his fans, his over-paid maids and workers at his mansion. He had his body guards.
But he just... was lonely in the big mansion.
There was a big yard with no one playing in it. There was noiseless halls without laughter.
He needed something.
Or, Wilbur Soot, a famous musician says, “I want a kid.”
*sees Tommy and points at him* “That’s my kid.”If any CCs state they are uncomfortable with this kind of fic then I will take it down!

When Tommy looked out his classroom window, he expected to see snow covered buildings and glazed trees. Instead, he saw glittering frost and ice spread fascinatingly fast along the window. The strange phenomenon piqued his interest more than most things. That is until he heard someone join him in looking out the window.
“Weird, isn’t it?” The person asked Tommy. The latter blew him off. He didn’t feel like socializing with his peers anymore today.
“You know,” the person hesitantly squeaked out, “The speed that this frost is coming in can only point to one thing, the Spirit of Winter is here.”
Now this. This seemed to be a worthy investment of Tommy’s time. “Go on,” he prompted.

All in his father’s creation, the man was cherished by the nation for his great deeds, Oscars and Academy Awards lined his walls.
And Tommy was following right in his footsteps, making his way to becoming Hollywood history. Known for his breathtaking acting at such a young age and long list of box office hits.
So when Tommy gets casted to work with his idol, the infamous Wilbur Craft, he’s ecstatic. He means, what could go wrong after all?

“My name is Connor. Don’t worry, I’m not a—”
“HUMAN!”
Connor audibly groans. Even as he knows he’ll be pursued soon if he isn’t already, he takes a moment to pinch the bridge of his nose, then looks back. The logical thing to do would be start preemptively running. Instead, he glances back and shouts, “Android, actually!”
An energy spear shoots through the air, passing not an inch away from his face and lodging itself in the wall nearby. Judging by that, and the angry yelling coming from its thrower, Connor decides it may be a good time to run.
Humans and androids have found themselves in an uneasy peace, although that’s not to say there isn’t still a long way to go. Then Connor’s asked to investigate a site where humans have been disappearing for a very long time. And, suddenly, everything’s a lot more complicated.
Of course, Connor’s the only one who knows just how complicated things are now, and he’s got slightly bigger problems at the moment. Like staying alive, and one step ahead of the monsters that want to steal his apparently very human soul.

It started with humming, a faint melody in the middle of the night, reverberating across the room, seemingly from nowhere and yet, everywhere. Tommy ignored it, blamed it on Phil, on his own lack of sleep, moved on. It was quite pleasant anyway, no need to make a fuss about it.
Today, in the darkness, something was scratching at the stone. Long, jagged sounds from inside of the chimney. Back and forth, back and forth.Or: Tommy gets snowed in while staying at an Airbnb. Christmas Eve approaches.
