“I need an Americano.” The gravelly voice startles you. The man who speaks is tall and very lanky, looking as though he had missed several meals. His body is covered in staples holding burnt skin to healthy skin. Even still, he’s very attractive, dark hair making electric blue eyes pop. You try not to stare.
“500 yen.”
He slaps the cash on the counter and begins to walk away. You clear your throat and glance at the tip jar, hoping he will get the hint. Tips buy most of your meals at this point. The man snorts slightly before turning back towards the café seating, ignoring you completely. You frown.
“Some people have never had to work for tips and it shows,” you mutter under your breath.

I struggled to my feet and looked over to the bar. There was a ghostly pale man with pale greyish blue hair that was long enough to hang into his face and was in complete disarray. His lips were cracked and dry, his eyes were closed and he appeared to be in pain. There was a sickly pallor to his skin. My gaze fell to a deep wound in his side, it looked as if he’d been stabbed several hours ago and from his current half-conscious state and the sickly pallor to his skin it appeared to be fairly serious.
Taking a deep breath, I activated my quirk and placed my hand to his forehead. My Quirk, Stasis, allowed me to stop time for those I touched keeping them suspended in time giving me time to operate and tend to their injuries. Who was this man?

The man seemed just as frustrated with the situation as you were as he answered. “How the hell should I know, idiot? Why don’t you speak Japanese?” He was trying to get information out of you, rather than him give up more than he needed. Same tactic, just perfect.
“Because we aren’t in Japan,” you said as though it should be completely obvious by the language barrier.
