The epitome of apathy, Craig Tucker has never been anything but nonchalant when it comes to his life and other related catastrophes. As long as he's not missing his favourite tv show or being hassled into another one of his classmates' ill-advised schemes, the boy truly doesn't care. Why should he? Olive eyes opened more fully to look towards the other person occupying the bed. Akito took further note of his partner currently looking as if he was being swallowed by the comforter and connected that with the context of the position Toya was in when he awoke.
“Hey,” Akito started. Toya looked up at him for a moment and watched as his partner lifted the blanket with his arm, leaving a fully vacant opening.

Summary
That was another thing about this house: it was so easy to avoid anyone and everyone. Every room was much bigger than it needed to be; every other door opened to a hallway that would lead to a separate set of stairs if someone didn't want to take the main staircase at the end of each room. It was absurd; you would have to actively try in order to interact with anyone.
Toya gets touch-starved for the first time, challenging his relationship with his partner while at the same time having to deal with meeting his brothers again.

Summary
After the world forgot him, Peter kept fighting. He was Spider-Man after all. But as the villains get worse and the heroes dwindle, Peter finally grows tired. Hasn't he done his time? He's never once shirked the responsibility forced upon him. Never once has he put himself first.
Eventually, the straw breaks the camel's back. Peter finally hangs up the cape.
Unfortunately the universe seems to disagree. When Peter wakes up in Gotham he knows he should probably find a way home. But what's the point? Normal people don't find their way home across the multiverse, and Peter is normal now. He refuses to be anything else.
So why do unfamiliar heroes keep ending up on his doorstep? And can he really turn them away?
