Castiel’s look of confusion only deepened and, for once, Sam was right there with him. “…You know, skip a few chapters in the book. Check out the dessert menu before ordering dinner. I mean, if Zachariah can show us where the future’s heading, why not Cas?”
Dean's not thrilled about Sam's plan to say, "Yes," to the Devil and spend an eternity in the pit, so he proposes taking a road trip 15 years in the future to see how it all works out in the aftermath of the Apocalypse.
Sam had thought he was prepared for what awaited him in the future, but a pregnant fiancé, a human Castiel, and a married Dean were more than he'd been expecting.

And Stefon is still giving Seth that look. He’s seen it a million times before on the show, outside of the show, really anywhere and anytime they’re together Stefon gives Seth this look. And every time Seth just rolls his eyes, pushes it aside. Marks it off as just Stefon trying to get a rouse out of him. But tonight that look felt like it was eating him from the inside out.
What starts as a simple conversation about the darkness of ones soul quickly turns into the best game of Chicken Seth has played since high school.

Summary
Sometimes it feels impossible to compare the Q described in Starfleet records to the one that pops on and off the ship at his own leisure. It really shouldn’t be, especially given that Jean-Luc has provided almost all the information, but reading Q’s description on paper is vastly different to enduring his presence.
For example, Q’s file now states that he is averse to touch with physical beings. Words that Jean-Luc himself wrote stare back at him from the screen, but he cannot bring himself to believe them.
Jean-Luc can recall a hundred casual touches: a mouth next to his temple, an arm around his shoulder, a finger tracing his ear, a hand reaching for his across his desk. These were not the behaviours of a touch-averse creature.
