PART TWO TO A FIC PLS READ THE OTHER ONE FIRST (you do not have to this will be extremely confusing tho..)
When Peter went back home, to his family, leaving Tim. Everyone forgot. Everyone forgot the arachnid hero who spent months saving them. But for Tim he would never forget. It was another all nighter in the Batcave lab (somewhere he and Peter spent many sleepless nights together) when it came to him. The perfect idea.

Peter sat in the lake house, staring out the window. Morgan ran around him. He was supposed to be watching her, and he was. But he couldn't shake the thoughts. The thoughts of a cute boy with black hair, blue eyes, and fueled by too much coffee. He told Tim to forget him, move on, but what if he himself couldn't?

Summary
After the world forgot him, Peter kept fighting. He was Spider-Man after all. But as the villains get worse and the heroes dwindle, Peter finally grows tired. Hasn't he done his time? He's never once shirked the responsibility forced upon him. Never once has he put himself first.
Eventually, the straw breaks the camel's back. Peter finally hangs up the cape.
Unfortunately the universe seems to disagree. When Peter wakes up in Gotham he knows he should probably find a way home. But what's the point? Normal people don't find their way home across the multiverse, and Peter is normal now. He refuses to be anything else.
So why do unfamiliar heroes keep ending up on his doorstep? And can he really turn them away?
