It seemed a bit excessive. But nevertheless, Harry fully intended to get everything he possibly could out of the whole affair.
After all, he was his father’s son.

A single airy unamused scoff escaped her, ignoring the insult as well as the memory of their first day of term together.
“This potion will take hours - weeks even. You’d be willing to spend that much time working by my side?”He strode off the wall he was leaning against and took a few tauntingly slow steps forward. The silence tensed with anticipation.
Once he was directly in front of her, toe to toe, he looked down his nose into her eyes. His own grey ones swirling with an emotion she imagined he’d be too affronted to admit to.
“As it is, I’ve got nothing but time.”
