Summary
It's been fifteen years since the opening of the library. Fifteen years until Hugo left Corona in the middle of the night to find himself, better himself. In his quest to be better, to be what Varian and the others seemed to think he could be, he finds himself living a quiet life in a small city. While running his clock shop and raising a street urchin he took on, Hugo finds himself visited by someone unexpected, someone he once loved.

Summary
Cyrus has been Hugo's de-facto big brother for most of the kid's life. When Donella wasn't taking care of him, he was. When Donella sends Hugo on a new job "befriending" her ex's son, Cyrus becomes the one keeping an eye on him. It becomes clearer and clearer as things go along, though, that Hugo is learning new things about the world, and Donella is slipping further and further into delusion. As Cyrus follows Hugo, torn between following Donella's orders and protecting his baby brother from her increasingly erratic behavior, a mysterious stranger steps in. Together, they must act, before it's too late to protect the young men they both love as family, but what is this softness Cyrus feels for the stranger. Why does it feel like they belong side by side?

Summary
Varian and Hugo have grown up together, engaging in a grudging, one-sided friendship, in which Hugo seeks out Varian's companionship all the while pushing the other to frustration and anger. In one of their mutual college courses, they learn of two alchemist from the past who were responsible for many inventions but were nearly wiped from history due to their sexual orientation. The more the boys use the two's discovered element, Hugorium, to try to sabotage one another, the closer they get to the realization that this whole thing feels like deja vu. New pranks and time together bring the boys closer together, but it also brings about memories from a time long ago. Long, long ago, in the feudal past of Corona, as two brilliant scientists forging the path for those who'd come after. As Hugo and Varian remember their past lives, realizing their connection, they find that sometimes new lives can mimic those that came before.

Summary
Corona's enemies are making threats, and to attempt to maintain peace through defense as well as politics, Queen Rapunzel seeks the expertise of one of Corona's war-seasoned nobles, Lord Donella Felliborg. For Varian, this is exciting as he thinks he'll be working with the last person to see his mother alive in inventing new defenses and ways to apply old defenses better. To his distaste, he is instead set up to work with her heir, a tall, handsome, blonde with a shit-eating grin and an attitude that makes him want to puke. As Varian tries to get Hugo or Donella to tell him more about what happened to his mother, he, Hugo, Nuru, and Yong will discover that the reasons his mother is gone may be involved with ancient eldritch knowledge that may or may not also be the reason that King Frederic lost his mind. What happened with Donella and Ulla, and what does that have to do with why Donella's here now? One thing's for sure, Varian isn't sure if he'll survive long enough to find out.

Summary
Hugo has betrayed the people he loves- or at least that's how it looks when Donnie outs him. He knows where he belongs now, though, and he's not going to let it slip through his grasp. Even if he does now have injuries that leave him at Varian's whim, and introduce him to the uncomfortable support of Varian's friends in Corona.

This is just my take on Shiro moving on from Adam and falling in love again with Curtis. Canon compliant. This is going to be pretty angsty, even more than usual, so big warning. Begins with Shiro returning home amidst a Galra infested Earth.
