The echoing words of himself lingered as he reached back into his pocket. He opened the carton and retracted the lighter, turning it over in his hand. It was a fresh one, its usage light considering it had been bought only a few days before his conversation with Moreau in California. Andrew kept his hold on it, shutting the box of cigarettes closed.
Andrew did not do things impulsively. He also did not believe in doing things for symbolic purposes; if it was necessary, it would prove a message significant enough in itself. He quickly deemed his action neither as he tossed the box over the side of the roof.
Or, Andrew wakes up from a nightmare and goes to the roof.

“How’s your pain?” Jeremy asked. Jean brought his hand up, tilting it back and forth in a so-so motion. Jeremy frowned. “Usually this bad?”
“Usually does not happen at all,” Jean shrugged. “I am managing.”
Jeremy paused, as if thinking. He turned to make sure the women were still busy, and Jean mused that they were practically making out at this point, but his thoughts came to a grinding halt when Jeremy leaned beside his ear. His breath was hot on Jean’s cheek as he spoke in quiet French.
Jean’s head spun; this time, not from the pain. I could help you, if you wanted.
“Oh, and how is that, Jeremy?”
“I can show you tonight,” he offered casually. “After Cat and Laila go to bed?”
Jean forced himself to retain eye contact and ignore the growing feeling in his abdomen. He hummed. “We’ll see.”
Or, for the first time since leaving the Nest, Jean gets his period; Jeremy offers to help.

Andrew looks down at him, face gone soft with his lips parted slightly and eyes hidden beneath his lids, thinks about how soft the man that called a mobster out on live television looks and feels like someone opened his chest and placed the sun inside of it.

Neil sat alone in the kitchen and wasn’t sure if he could stomach the tea anymore. He’d had over six months to learn that Andrew was very much off-limits, but knowing that didn’t stop the clusterfuck happening in his brain. Because although Neil had never had a crush before he wasn’t stupid, alright? He knows that being jealous of someone else’s relationship has to at least mean something.
So, yeah. Neil has a crush on his roommate, Andrew Minyard, who just so happens to be dating his other roommate, Kevin Day. The whole thing sounds like the setup to a bad romcom.
