Over the years, Chuuya has come to understand that actively injuring yourself isn't the only way a person can hurt themselves, and sometimes they're things you wouldn't initially think of as self-harm.
He doesn't know if Dazai does these things intentionally, but that doesn't mean he's going to just stand by.
