Wade’s heart hammered in his chest as Logan lowered his leg from the top of the couch, shoving it beside Wade and shifting closer so their faces were close enough together that Wade could feel the warmth of his breath.
“He’s got a nice smile, wears too much cheap ass cologne,” Logan continued breathily, pupils growing wider, the blue light of the christmas tree flickering in them.
“Yeah? But you like the smell?”
“Course I do.”
Logan’s fingers found their way to Wade’s knee, tickling over the skin hidden by his plaid pajama pants, catching on the worn hole at the seam by the top of his calf. Wade’s skin grew hot.
“And what’s he wearing? Something pretty?”
“We’re in his apartment, so he’s dressed comfortably. Ratty pants, big sweatshirt.”
Wade tugged at the sleeve of his–in fact–big sweatshirt.
Oh. Oh.

After they eat, it's Sister Margarets, because under Buck's ownership, they've both earned the right to drink for free. Buck keeps saying the amount of money they bring in for him in commissions is more than enough to cover what they drink, but Logan suspects it's only just.

There’s a lot Logan’s done to be ashamed about. Stealing Wade Wilson’s clothes and touching himself to their scent is deplorable, but still a stretch from the worst thing he’s been responsible for.
So… convoluted answer, right? He has the wherewithal to be ashamed, and he is, a little… but more than that, he’s pent. And horny.
Going directly from what happened in that God forsaken Odyssey into domestic living with Wade, can you really blame Logan for ending up– ah, what is it– conflicted? Have half of a heart, will you? He’s no good at feelings.
Having to sit on the same couch as Wade, mental images of his head rolling back on his shoulders all bloodied up in that Odyssey… Having to share the same shower as him, knowing he’s been buck naked in there… Having to watch his shirt ride up when he reaches for the top shelf in the kitchen… Learning he wears panties? God fucking forgive Logan, but he’s just a dog.
And Wade smells fucking good.

Silence falls again, closing in around them like fog, slipping between them on the couch.
"Yeah," Logan says, finally. "I was."
"For me. A half-wit moron."
Logan closes his eyes. There's something like regret there. "It was less about dying for you," he explains, slow, "and more about wanting you to keep living."
"That's--that's the same thing," Wade murmurs, brow quirked, unable to keep from picking on him even now, even in this soft quiet moment. "You do realize that's the same thing, right?"
"No, it ain't, bub," Logan replies. "Not for me. Not when it's you."
