It’s crude and not how they learned to talk to victims, but it had always pissed Jason off when he was treated like he was suddenly incompetent or breakable. He had a feeling Tim would say the same.
" I don't- I- he-" Tim stuttered and Jason took pity on him.
"You can take a second to think, but I need an answer pretty boy"
A heavy silence set in, only interrupted by the low dialogue from the TV. Man that actor was good.
"Dad kicked me out" Timbo finally whispers, barely audible. Jason had figured as much.
“Yeah? You deserve’ it?"

Dick hadn’t understood what that would mean.
