Summary
Avid was stood in the middle of it, arms wrapped around his trembling form. He looked terrible. Bloody tears streamed down his face, getting lost in the fabric of his capelet as they fell. His claws had dulled down into blunt nails, hints of purple seeping into his eyes.
He was weak. Vulnerable. Not safe.

“Lovely! Let’s get you settled.” Scott nodded to something, someone behind Doctor Legundo, who looked behind himself to find Owen appear from what could’ve been the chilling air that filled the castle, grabbing Doctor Legundo by the neck and slamming his head against the table with a loud, vicious, CRACK.
Or Scott Goldsmith noticed his fledglings had some questions about the cure so he brings the Doctor to the castle to answer them. But old stories unearth themselves and something some of the townsfolk have feared since childhood has been stuck in Oakhurst with them this whole time.

Summary
Legundo continued to stare at Scott as he let the elder vampire take him through the motions, head whirling with every new direction he found himself in.
The feeling of wrongness did not leave him.
"Mr. Goldsmith-" He started, trying to wrestle some semblance of normalcy into his blunt claws.
"Please. You can just call me Scott. I'm enjoying your company, after all." Scott interrupted smoothly as he adjusted his grip on Legundo's waist to be less tight. "What's your name?"
The question nearly made Legundo stop moving entirely.
Scott didn't know who he was.

In which it's 2006 on New Year's Eve, and Scott is Legundo's newest patient due to a strange case of amnesia. However, it would be easier to figure out the root issue if Scott would just stop flirting with the doctor...
