Summary
In which Regulus Black survives getting Salzar Slytherin's locket, but inevitably realizes he cannot destroy all of them all on his own. Upon staging his own death, Regulus decides to turn to his brother and ask for his help. If he can prevent himself from getting too caught up with James Potter that is.
Sirius Black is ecstatic to know his brother isn't truly dead, but less so when his survival comes with its own flaws. There is a spy in the order, his boyfriend is becoming suspiciously more and more absent, and he's losing his trust in Dumbledore. Not only that, but Regulus is also starting to claim there was a way to defeat Voldemort once and for all. A deadly solution, but a solution, nonetheless.

Falling in love with Reki was as easy as breathing. Perhaps it was due to the fact the red head was so incredibly bright, easy to like and just as easy to love. It’s as if his smile held the brightness of the sun itself and quite honestly Langa wasn’t complaining. Because loving Reki felt right and that’s one of the only things Langa felt sure of in a long time.

Summary
Adora gasped and whipped her head around to meet the smirking face of a woman around her age. She didn’t wear a dress, clearly more comfortable in a suit with an almost comically tall top hat on her head. “Sorry to startle you, princess,” she purred. Her voice was pleasantly gravely.
“I’m far from royalty,” Adora replied, turning to face her. The brunette’s eyes trailed over Adora’s face, sucking in her bottom lip as she did. An odd feeling settled in her gut. It wasn’t an unwelcome feeling, but it was most definitely not one she was familiar with.
The woman finally met her gaze with a tilt of her head. “That’s a damned shame, you look like one from a book of fairytales,” she said. Her gloved hand stretched out for Adora to take. “I’m Catra.”

Eddie flinches like the words hit skin. For a second, all the noise in his head goes silent, leaving gaping awareness and the awful, naked feeling of being seen.
“W-what—” Eddie’s voice cracks and he’s trying to frown, trying to be mad, but he feels exposed, so his words come out broken, quiet and confused. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
