Important events that involved Aether and Lumine frequently happened during summer vacation or the holidays.
For example, when Lumine found out that Aether had a crush, that happened during summer.
And years later when they were alone upstairs while their family celebrated downstairs, that was during New Years.
Always during summer vacation, around Christmas and New Years, they always did something new that wasn't normal, and those things would carry into the rest of the year, no matter how hot or cold or somewhere in between it was.
