Summary
Duke Thomas had been with the family for six months. Officially, at least. Had known them for at least a year before that. Age sixteen, now, he had reluctantly allowed them to place him under fostership after being on his own for a while.
He saw Bruce as a mentor, for sure. He was a good guy. A little rough around the edges, but nothing Duke couldn't handle.
Getting close to him, emotionally, though? Biiiiiit more of a challenge.It was just...professional boundaries, Duke told himself. Bruce was Batman, and Batman was like, his mentor-supervisor-vigilante landlord. Or something. Not his dad.
He had a dad.
Even if his dad was sort of...Jokerized.
And Bruce wasn't really a paternal figure, either, like how the others viewed him. He liked the guy. Just...didn't need a dad. He was fine. Chilling.

Until he wasn't.

Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.

As it turns out, Shinsou has the memories of his four year-old self and because of that, the memory of his birth father’s death is still fresh, as is the memory of being abandoned and put in foster care by the rest of his family.
Against all odds, Aizawa and Hizashi finally have a chance to make better childhood memories for him.

The city of Ninjago is protected by the six ninja: Green, Red, Blue, Gray, Black, and White. Kai loves working as the Red Ninja, and honors the bonds he's formed with his teammates more than anything else. Things start to get complicated after he accidentally discovers Blue's identity- and, after he realizes Blue doesn't recognize him, a little awkward as well. Along with all of this, a new criminal organization on the rise is pushing the strength of the ninja's bonds, threatening them to fall apart.
So uh basically ninjago is gotham now and miraculous ladybug-inspired identity hiding hijinks ensue. (ok hand emoji)
