Summary
Will Byers is studying to become a Cleric, his mentor is a frail old man people in town refer to as Henry the wise. Will hopes to one day be 'Will the wise'. While Will is learning to be a cleric by his side Micheal is training to become a Paladin along with a group of other village boys in hopes of being Lady Jane's personal Paladin. Micheal says it is a great honor but Will cannot imagine trainning to be devoted to someone he has never met, still Will supports Micheal's endeavors.

Summary
Mike understood then and there that Will wasn't interested in being friends with him anymore, he was replacing him with a new best friend.
“Fine- Yeah go with your new best friend I'm sure you'll have so much fun” Mike scoffed as he turned away to storm off, grabbing his bike from the bike rack and biking away angrily.

Being around Mike constantly makes it harder for Will to get over his feelings, in an attempt to get over him Will starts dating the only other known gay guy at school. Mike gets really jealous and possessive and acts like a complete idiot, the two struggle to navigate the way things are going and Will starts having visions and headaches all the time that turn Mike's protector mode on. It's like the universe is constantly pushing them closer and closer and they can't avoid it.

Mike is sick and Will is the only one around, he's whiny and Will helps him out with feeding him soup and helping him take a bath. Things get a little heated in the bath but nothing too crazy, they're teens but come on teens do stuff? Nothing too intense just the implication so it's not actually sex.
For the most part it's fluff with just a hint of angst about their unspoken feelings.

It's that time of year and with the military quarantine the group sticks even closer together for the Holidays. Steve is oblivious to all the romance around him even when hinted at by his friends, he is even more oblivious to Eddie Munson's very clear crush on him. Steve helped Eddie get back on his feet after the disaster, donated some furniture so that Eddie and his uncle could stay in the shed in Dustin's backyard (His mom was sweet enough to let them) and Steve helped out with a couch, a bed, some clothes, he wants to help because he feels like he failed them in the upside down. Anyways it's Christmas time, Eddie is dropping hints that Steve is too dense to pick up and everything is light and sweet in the months leading up to where Season 5 starts. Eddie survived the bats by escaping with Dustin smoothly as planned and all is well in the world.
