Murtagh Morzansson is nine years old, he's never suffered a scar except for his father's fleeting presence, and lives closely to Galbatorix. Through whispers and revelations, his world is ready to collapse in the hands of the Empire, but even the King must suffer some inconveniences— especially when a certain woman is around.
The First three and an half chapters are the rewritten and improved versions of the fic An Eye for an Eye, while the others will be created from scratch. The main plot of is partially following the old fic's.

He’s such an idiot. I can’t believe he just left him there. Durza made his exit.
Some peace and quiet in an empty castle would be well worth the annoying journey required to reach Morzan’s mountainous estate.
