Summary
Based off the 2009 Avatar movie by James Cameron. This is my take on what happened. Following the events of the story but with my own personal twist.
Jake was always one who never really fit in with the people of Earth. At least that's what he thought. Just scraping through life in any way he could with minimal consequences. That was until his enlistment into the Marines, leading to his whole life changing within a matter of months. Now he is faced with new opportunities, a new view on life and needs to make decisions that could very well cost him his life. But hey, that's what it's all about, right? Follow Jake through his journey of trials and tribulations, but also of fun and rewards.

Summary
What if the Sully family wasn't quite done growing even after the addition of Spider? Takes place after ATWOW and considers what the family in mourning would look like, and how Jake and Neytiri could potentially come to expect another child.
"Despite the emotional demands of heartbreak, the pace of life is ceaseless. It never slows, even for the deepest of sorrows and soon there were other routines to remember. Some were familiar - Tuktirey's 8th birthday, the natural cycles of their bodies, reminding them of the passage of time. Lo'ak and Kiri continued their charge towards adulthood, and even young Tuktirey grew a few inches, now as tall as Spider. Even Neytiri and Jake again felt these small changes, manifesting the call of their bodies, signaling the desire between the two partners to join with each other."

Summary
Then, a dozen bullets whistle towards Neteyam instead, and a pinching burn spreads from the center of his shoulder and numbs the length of his left arm in less than an instant. He shrieks, feeling another sink into his thigh before he stumbles sideways, almost blinded by the dazzling, fire-like pain. The dryness in his mouth dissipates as the distinctly metallic taste of arrowheads overtakes it, leaving him gagging in the onslaught.
But then something drops down from the overhead rafters, sleek and heavy and Neteyam is being curled to a chest and rolled before his brain manages to process the thought that he’s been shot.
In which, Neteyam has always been to young for this war and Jake isn't going to let his son die before it's over.

Summary
Jake was stupid -- ignorant, like a child! Alas, Eywa chose him for something... because he had a strong heart, one that brandished no fear.
Neytiri would be the one to take that heart.
And Jake would let her have it.
Essentially, this is my own take on the love story of one of my favorite couples, Jake Sully and Neytiri te Tshaka Mo'at'ite! It shall feature the major events towards the end of the first film and the filler of the ~15 year time-skip that Avatar fans, like myself, craved. I will attempt to maintain as much accuracy to the films and comics as possible whilst adding my own flare to the fanfiction, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did making it! Stay tuned for more chapters!

Discontent with his ability to remain a reliable source for the Na'vi tribes, Jake overworks himself. Unaddressed problems rise in the peace of his new home. Colonizers are gone for good, he's the last one allowed in. Unable to let go of the past, Jake finds himself lost in between the two worlds.
Neytiri's presence, his new job at the clan, and the inability to entirely focus on the peaceful life he's fought for hang in the balance of his mental health.
Haunted by the realization of being the last of his species in a tribe who never even heard of antidepressants. Jake's war is nowhere near over.
