Summary
After Amanda's death, Elijah Kamski is at a loss. With no reason to listen to the company he created after they put a shackle on his work, he makes the most realistic human imitation he has yet: Connor. But Connor isn't quite realistic enough, so Kamski takes it upon himself to try again. And again. And again.
Until he finally gets it right.

All seems well at first, until Caduceus wakes up in the middle of the night with the Wildmother’s warning ringing in his ears to find the mansion hideously changed and Caleb… gone. The Mighty Nein must race the clock as they delve deeper into the shattered, warped mansion to find their friend and bring him home.
