Summary
It's 1983. Decade of Decadence. The band Shield is poised on the edge of their big break. Steve Rogers leads the band, supported by his twin sister and lead guitarist Ella, star drummer Bucky Barnes, and hot bassist Natasha Romanov. Can internal strains on the band and the pressures of outside expectations destroy them or will their tight bonds keep them all together? What happens when love isn't enough?
The tags and description will be updated as the story progresses, but expect period-typical issues like drug use and addiction, misogyny, and the seedy underbelly of the music business. Updates weekly here. I also don't know much if anything about the music business; the little I know comes from biographies of Motley Crue and Billy Idol. Just take it as the fantasy it's meant to be and don't look for veracity. :-) I have tried to correct typos, but please don't point them out if/when I miss them.

Summary
It's hard enough to be a high school freshman. It's harder when you come from a famous family. It's hardest when you're just average in a family where everybody is exceptional at something. Or many somethings.
My name is Lysippe. Lysippe Wayne.
This story follows the Emma Harrington ( The Armorer, Duty, and Stardust) and Alex Barnes stories (Legend's Apprentice, Legend, and Legendary) and focuses on a new original character. Characters from these stories appear frequently, as do characters from the MCU and DC comic books. For placement and characters from Marvel, consider events as stopping after Captain America: Civil War. Thor: Ragnarok, Spiderman: Homecoming, and Avengers: Infinity War were not used in the stories.
The timeline regarding Lys's cousins is a little compressed; I didn't track the offspring very well from Legendary, sorry. I'm sure there are identification errors. :-)

Summary
Basically, I like very little of Endgame. This is a story of what could have happened once the credits rolled.
Steve was sick. Tired, fed up, at the end of his rope and losing his grip.
Peggy, when she'd been succumbing to dementia, had once told him that you can't go back, that it's up to you to make the most of the time that you have. But she was wrong.
This is a story of recovery and rebuilding for Bucky after Steve's abandonment in Endgame, finding romance with an original female character, possibilities and a future, includes real world consequences for those affected by both the Snap and the Unsnap, dusted and undusted, and promotes mental health. 'Cause frankly, practically everybody in the MCU could benefit from a bunch of serious therapy.
Tumblr users moonstarphoenix, cosmicmechanism, invisiblespork, winterofthedarkestlight, and cap-is-bi have provided logical objections to Endgame along with information to support them, and their posts have influenced portions of this story. Thanks to jessebelle for her feedback and help with tags.

Summary
Steve Rogers lies to his friends, telling them he has Christmas plans. He doesn't. Unless sitting home alone, staring at his sad little Christmas tree decorated with his Ma's beloved ornaments and missing Bucky counts. There's one present under the tree. It's been there for the past three Christmases, since Steve found out Bucky is alive and began searching for him. Maybe the little tree will be a candle in the window, leading Bucky home.
Maybe Christmas miracles really do happen.

Bucky was keeping his head down in his tiny apartment in Bucharest, because that's what you did when you were a former brainwashed assassin and never knew who might be coming after you. You kept your head down, you didn't draw attention, and you tried real hard not to think about what you'd done, all while trying to piece together your fractured memory.
But it doesn't matter how down you keep your head—once the Bureau of Christmas Spirit has you in its sights, you're getting a visit from the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. No appeal, no review, and you can't lock the doors and pretend you're not home.
Luckily for Bucky his Ghosts have their own agenda, but whatever happens...someone's getting Scrooged.
