Summary
“Miss Cassandra,” the words were barely audible to her own ears. “My brother—Astarion—if I die, you must find him,” she pleaded with the woman swimming doubles in her vision. “If you cannot free him, swear to me you’ll kill him.”
The Cassandras said something inaudible and nodded, hands on their swords.
It would have to do.
Facing forward, Thaya found the thread, pulled it taut, and the world fell back into a familiar darkness.
Or
Astarion's "sister" winds up in Thedas.

Summary
A young woman with a baby swaddled against her back falls out of a rift in the Emerald Graves. She is terrified, and the language she speaks is not one that Inquisitor Lavellan recognizes. The Inquisitor and her party manage to—with much resistance—get the strange pair back to Skyhold. Blackwall, who is still pining away after Lavellan even after things ended between them, meets them at the gates. The woman locks eyes with him and pleads, desperately, in a tongue he cannot understand. For some reason, she trusts him. And when Lavellan asks him to watch over them while the Inquisition looks for answers, he cannot deny her.

Summary
By some ironic twist of fate, Sirius Black found himself attending the one and only Severus Snape’s wedding.
As Snape inched by him, Sirius noticed that his hair was up and pinned in an elegant sort of slicked-back bun. He realized that he had never seen the man with his hair up and started to admit to himself that he looked almost handsome that way; at least all slicked back, the grease that clung perpetually to his scalp could potentially be mistaken for gel, he imagined.
But then his train of thought was halted by a chilling observation.
Snape had a soulmark on the back of his neck. Two simple sprigs of hyacinth, just like Sirius’ own.Series
